Birth – age 3

Early Intervention

Early support for infants and toddlers with developmental delays or diagnosed conditions, provided in familiar settings like the home, daycare, or community.

  • Speech Therapy

    Communication and language support for infants and toddlers, using play-based strategies that meet each child at their stage.

  • Occupational Therapy

    Support for everyday skills such as fine motor development, sensory processing, self-care, and daily routines.

  • Physical Therapy

    Support for strength, balance, movement, and gross motor development through age-appropriate exercises and guided play.

  • Special Instruction

    Targeted developmental support that helps children build age-appropriate skills in a nurturing, one-on-one setting.

What is HCBS?

Medicaid-supported services that help eligible children and youth receive care and support at home and in the community.

  • Applied Behavior Analysis

    Support for children and youth with chronic medical, physical, or developmental conditions, focused on comfort, quality of life, and family support.

  • Respite & Crisis Respite

    Short-term support that gives caregivers relief, helps reduce stress, and provides additional care during challenging moments.

  • Family Advocacy & Support

    Guidance, education, peer support, and advocacy for caregivers and family members navigating their child's needs.
